From the outset, you will be given responsibilities, allowing you to take the lead on projects much earlier in your career compared to other consulting firms. Biophilia and Office Well-being 

In collaboration with our biophilia experts, we have crafted an office environment designed to ensure maximum comfort for our employees. ESG Report of SuReal

At SuReal, we do not produce any Scope 1 CO2 emissions. As part of our mission to have a positive impact on the environment, we have decided not to invest in company cars, and have therefore no owned or leased vehicles. As we are a service company, we do not produce energy on-site either, as no industrial, chemical or manufacturing processes take place on our site. 

Our Hiring Procedure

At SuReal, we focus on finding individuals who align with our values and are the perfect fit for our team. You will go through different phases. 

1. Resume Screening

2. Phone Screening

If your profile matches our criteria, we will proceed with a phone screening (10-15’ call).

3. Personal interview

In a personal meeting at our SuReal office in Brussels, we dive deeper into your motivation, experience and our activities and mission. You get to meet your manager and to feel the vibe in our new offices and meet some colleagues in the Ramblas (our central meeting place).

4. Assessment

The final steps include an online personality questionnaire and a business case to evaluate your fit within the company.
