Tender & Sales Support Officer

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Tender & Sales Support Officer.

Are you an organisational talent with a passion for structure, planning and follow-up? Would you like to contribute to sustainable projects within the real estate sector while supporting commercial opportunities?

You will start in a supporting tender management role, with the opportunity to grow into a Tender Lead position and take on increasing responsibility over time.

As a Tender & Sales Support Officer, you ensure that tender processes and commercial opportunities are followed up smoothly, accurately, and on time. You monitor deadlines, gather the necessary information, and work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and our Senior Tender Consultant. Thanks to your proactive approach, you keep every project moving forward and support the team in realizing impactful and sustainable projects.

Your responsibilities

• Actively identify relevant public and private tenders within the construction and architecture sectors

• Coordinate and administratively manage tender processes from A to Z

• Collect the required documents and information from internal colleagues, ensuring timely and accurate submissions

• Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up on outstanding actions to keep each tender process moving forward

• Support the sales team with the administrative follow-up of commercial opportunities

• Manage and keep the CRM database (HubSpot) up to date and monitor the sales pipeline

• Identify areas for improvement and contribute ideas to optimize sales and tender processes

Who are you?

• You are strong in planning, organization, and maintaining an overview of multiple priorities

• You work accurately and systematically, and you take ownership of your projects and responsibilities

• You have strong communication skills and are comfortable proactively following up with colleagues

• You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales support, project coordination, administration or tender management, preferably within the construction, architecture or real estate sector.

• Experience with public tenders is a plus, but not a requirement

• You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus)

• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken
