Are you passionate about making the building sector more sustainable? Do you want to contribute to large-scale construction and master planning projects while separating nonsense from truth? SuReal is looking for you!

As a Project Manager, you are managing sustainable building projects: advising architects, project developers and engineers on sustainable design and execution. You will be acting as the client’s go-to expert, next to coordinating the project internally.


What you will do

  • Manage all sustainability aspects of construction projects, often involving certification schemes such as BREEAM, WELL or DGNB.

  • Serve as the client’s primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication and adequate follow-up

  • Liaise with our in-house experts on the technical studies and simulations

  • Present results and providing expert advice to design and project teams on all sustainability related matters

  • Oversee internal follow-up of the project, including planning, budgeting and quality assurance

  • Inspire clients to embrace future-proof, sustainable solutions and demonstrate you have a clear impact on your projects

What you’ll bring

  • Master’s in Architecture or Engineering (construction, energy or architecture) or equivalent through experience, with min of 5 to 20 yrs of experience

  • Passion for sustainability and drive to make an impact

  • Go-getter mentality, genuine authenticity and strong interpersonal skills to build meaningful connections

  • Entrepreneurial & project management skills

  • Knowledge of sustainable buildings is a big plus: EPB, green certifications, dynamic simulations, other affiliated fields

  • Your mother tongue is Dutch or French. You speak and write fluently in English.
