WELL Expert

SuReal is looking for a WELL Expert (or on the way to becoming one) to strengthen our growing team! Do you want to make the building sector more sustainable and be part of a winning team?

Your role

• Advise architects, developers, and engineers on WELL certification, estimating scores, study costs, and construction impact

• Coordinate sustainability studies and ensure projects meet WELL standards

• Guide design teams, collect necessary data, and oversee certification

• Manage WELL certifications both organizationally and financially
  

Your profile

• Master’s in Engineering (Construction, Energy, Architecture), Architecture or equivalent experience

• Experience with WELL projects as WELL AP or Assessor 

• Passion for impact, eagerness to learn, and willingness to share knowledge

• Strong organizational skills and autonomy

• Dutch or French speaker with good English skills
